Informal Recruitment and COBs

Continuous Open Bidding (COB) is an opportunity for chapters to recruit members at any time of the year, also known as informal recruitment. Informal recruitment activities can vary in style, but are generally shorter and less structured than the formal recruitment process. The majority of members will be added through the spring formal recruitment process.

Note: Those who de-pledge after signing the membership recruitment acceptance binding agreement are not eligible to attend and may not accept another bid until the next formal recruitment period.
